Welcome to ResumeReady ("we", "us", "our", "the Service"). By accessing or using our website and resume building service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ResumeReady (resume.freepassportphoto.in), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ResumeReady.

2. Description of Service

ResumeReady provides an online resume building platform that allows users to:

• Select from various professional resume templates
• Enter their personal and professional information
• Preview their resume in real-time
• Pay a one-time fee of ₹29 (Indian Rupees) to download their resume as a PDF
• Download their completed resume instantly after successful payment

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

The current price for a single resume download is ₹29 (Indian Rupees). This is a one-time, non-refundable payment. ResumeReady reserves the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice on the website.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our servers. Razorpay handles all payment-related data in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

3.3 No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our product (PDF resume download), all sales are final. Once a resume has been generated and downloaded, we cannot issue refunds. Please ensure all information is correct before proceeding with payment.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the information you provide in your resume. ResumeReady does not verify the information entered by users.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our Service to create resumes containing:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contact information of others without their consent

4.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

All content on the ResumeReady website, including but not limited to templates, designs, code, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of ResumeReady and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our templates or designs without explicit permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the personal information you enter into your resume. You grant ResumeReady a limited license to use, store, and process your information solely for the purpose of generating your resume PDF and providing our Service.

5.3 Generated Resume

The final PDF resume generated by our Service is intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You may use it for job applications, professional networking, and personal record-keeping. Commercial resale of the generated resume is prohibited.

6. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ResumeReady provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Your resume will successfully pass all Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

While our templates are designed to be ATS-friendly, we cannot guarantee that every employer's ATS will successfully parse every resume format.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeReady and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Decisions made by employers based on your resume

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (₹29).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResumeReady, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provide

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

ResumeReady reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, you and ResumeReady agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ResumeReady regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and ResumeReady.
